Lepak-lepak in JB

Last Tuesday, my wish to eat at Pasar Ramadhan in Malaysia came true. Well, I went to JB only hehehe....to drive further up, memang tak kuasa dan taklarat....I dont know why, this year Ramadhan is quite challenging for me....Rasa lemau ajer badan....Nevertheless...it was a fruitful short trip. We checked in at Puteri Pacific which is in the heart of JB..and the Pasar Ramadhan was just 100 metres away. So, after freshen up, I took a stroll with my 2 boys..ended up we bought some kuih-muih yang takder di Singapore, some ayam percik, air katira and rice with some lauk...Unfortunately, during breakfast, O told me nasik tuh basi.....Luckily 3 of us tak kena food poisoning....so with the kuih and ayam percik and mark and spenser cookies...we broke our fast in the hotel room that day. After prayers, we roamed in JB...mcm scary betul JB nie..mcm kat NY pulak....I did not bring handbag....lengang kangkung and Omar brought his napsack...I think he also brought less that 50 rm....passports and the rest of cash all in safebox...Sungguh notorious JB nie.....Ada one time, I went to window shop baju raya....when I bargained...they said "ala....u orang Sing, duit besar...takkan nak tawar.." I told them...hallo..i mai dari Kedah nu....terpaksalah keluar loghat2 pekat to convince them...Anyway tak beli pun...mahai kalah Singapore...Baiklah I berjimat ..recycle ajer aper2 yg ada.....

Walaupun tak beli aper2 di JB, I had the best sahur from the hotel. They sent it to my room...nasik panas...rendang daging pinang..ayam golek..sambal musslels...dan sayur goreng yg sungguh lazat bersama buah2 yg enak....Alhamdulillah....

Kambing golek yang nampak sungguh sedap di Pasar Ramadhan...tak beli pun.....takut pening cewahhhh...

Sungguh sakan anakku melepak di kedai mamak tunggu teh tariknya.....
